Mandatory minimum rate for biofuels in 2024

The mandatory minimum rate for the coverage of fuels (diesel and gasoline) by biofuels is 8.40% in 2024 (energy content).

The minimum contribution rate for advanced biofuels produced from feedstocks listed in Annex IX A of the Renewable Energy Directive (2018) is 0.4% in 2024.

A limited carry-over of 3.0% from 2023 to 2024 is authorized.

The minimum contribution rate for advanced biofuels produced from feedstocks listed in Annex IX A of the Renewable Energy Directive (2018) is 0.2% in 2023.

A limited carry-over of 3.0% from 2022 to 2023 is authorized.

The minimum rate of so-called “double counting” biofuels is 50% in 2021.

Carry-over from 2020 to 2021 is not authorized.

The minimum rate of so-called “double counting” biofuels is 50% in 2020.

Carry-over from 2019 to 2020 is not authorized.

The mandatory minimum rate for the coverage of fuels (diesel and gasoline) by biofuels is 5,85% en 2019 (energy content).

The minimum rate of so-called “double counting” biofuels is 35 % in 2019.

A limited carry-forward of 4.5% from 2018 to 2019 is authorized.

 

Introduction of 95 E10 fuel from January 2019

95 E10 is a gasoline-type fuel that has replaced 95 E5 gasoline since January 2019 in Luxembourg. All information about the new 95 E10 fuel is available at www.95e10.lu.

Suppléments pour petites quantités de mazout (à partir du 1ier janvier 2014)

Dans le cadre du régime des prix officiels maxima pour le mazout de chauffage, les suppléments suivants peuvent être demandés pour des livraisons en-dessous de 1.500 litres: 0-199 litres: 26,11€/1000 litres 200-599 litres: 20,43€/1000 litres 600-999 litres: 17,04 €/1000 litres 1000-1499 litres: 11,36 €/1000 litres

Le diesel pour engins mobiles non-routiers passe à 10ppm

La possibilité de vendre du gasoil 1000ppm pour les engins mobiles non routiers (diesel agricole,..) viendra à expiration le 31 décembre 2011 (article 4.2, deuxième § de la directive 2009/30/CE en annexe). À partir du 1ier janvier 2012 la teneur en soufre pour le diesel utilisé dans les engins mobiles non routier devra donc correspondre à la valeur limite de 10ppm avec la possibilité d’un dépassement jusqu’à la valeur limite de 20ppm pour tenir compte des possibilités de contamination avec d’autres gasoils
